Curava is a combination of recycled glass and concrete, and is considered a "green" product. This stone is susceptible to etching and staining, and thus will require a sealant, but is highly scratch-resistant.
Curava surfaces are engineered and composed primarily of recycled glass (70%) and cement. The material and equipment used to handle, fabricate, and install Curava slabs and countertops is very similar to thhat used for marble and granite, with a few variations. Curava is a very hard surface but needs to be sealed due to the nature of concrete. This is one of our more popular “green” products.
